Most custom jewelry orders are received about 3-4 weeks after CAD approval, depending on design complexity, production schedule, and shipping destination. Our team provides personal guidance through diamond selection, design details, CAD review, production updates, and final quality checks. The goal is to make the custom process clear, professional, and easy to follow. This product page is for custom jewelry services and staged payments only. It does not represent a finished or ready-to-ship item. Shipping is not required at the deposit stage. Once the final payment is completed and the finished piece is approved, we will arrange shipping separately and provide tracking information. We do not replicate trademarked or copyrighted designs. Each stone is a laboratory-grown diamond, chemically, physically and optically identical to a mined diamond, selected for brightness and well-matched colour. The pair is handcrafted to order in precious metal by our partner atelier, then hand-polished and inspected before it leaves the workshop. Metal colour, size and stone details can be tailored on request before production. Every Riakoob piece arrives with a certificate of authenticity, insured delivery, and our 12-month value promise.

50% design deposit: starts diamond sourcing, CAD design, and custom order preparation.
Final balance: paid after CAD approval before production begins.

Cad approval: design adjustments can be discussed before CAD approval. After CAD approval, the design is locked and further changes may require additional fees.
Final sale: because custom pieces are made specifically for each client, custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for standard returns or exchanges.
Customs and duties: import duties, taxes, or local customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility when applicable.
Cad design: usually 2-5 business days.
Production: usually 7-20 business days after CAD approval and final balance payment.
International shipping: usually 5-15 days depending on destination and carrier.
