The Riakoob Guarantee
Buy with total confidence.
Certificate of authenticity
Every piece ships with a signed certificate of authenticity. Diamonds and coloured gemstones are accompanied by independent laboratory reports (such as GIA, IGI or SSEF) documenting carat, colour, clarity, cut, origin and any treatment. Artworks include artist provenance and signature documentation.
Insured value
Each item carries a documented insured replacement value. Your shipment is insured door-to-door for its full value, and the documentation can be used with your own home or collection insurer.
12-month value promise
If, within 12 months of delivery, an independent appraisal shows your piece is valued below the price you paid, we will refund your purchase in full upon its return in original condition with its certificate.
Delivered & hung on your walls
Jewelry and gemstones travel by secure, signature-required courier. Artworks are crated, delivered and — where available — installed on your walls by our white-glove art handlers.
Ways to pay
Pay securely by card at checkout, or choose a bank wire transfer. With wire transfer, we reserve your piece and ship as soon as funds clear.
