How Riakoob delivers fine jewelry and art with insured courier, and how returns and our 12-month value promise work.
Delivery
Jewelry and gemstones are shipped by insured, tracked, signature-required courier in discreet packaging. Artworks are crated and delivered, and can be hung on your walls where available.
When your order arrives
Please check your piece against its certificate when it arrives and contact us straight away if anything is not right.
12-month value promise
If, within 12 months of delivery, an independent appraisal shows your piece is valued below the price you paid, we will refund your purchase in full upon its return in original condition with its certificate.
