Riakoob's commitment to making its website usable for everyone, and how to tell us about access barriers.
Our aim
We want everyone to be able to browse, learn and shop on our website. We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA as closely as we can.
What we do
Our site supports keyboard navigation, readable contrast on our black-and-gold design, text alternatives for images, and is available in 20 languages, including right-to-left languages.
Known limits
Some older content, videos and third-party payment screens may not yet meet every guideline. We review and improve the site on an ongoing basis.
