24K = 99.9% gold · 22K = 91.6% · 18K = 75% (stamp 750) · 14K = 58.5% (585) · 10K = 41.7% (417).
Which to choose
18K is the fine-jewellery standard in Europe: rich colour and good durability. 14K is harder and more affordable. 24K is too soft for set gemstones.
